Installing it in safe mode without shell32.dll did not do any difference. What should I do next?

I have the shell32.dll from the start. And I have no idea what to do. I still have this problem. (Icons and Android sounds are missing) How do I solve this problem?

When I rightclick the taskbar or on desktop, the context menu is like windows2k/classic style... which file(s) do I have to edit in the .msstyles to change it to your android dark colour ?
and the text colour from black to white?
