I've installed the skin and it looks great but the Taskbar and windows like control panel and so on and so forth do not change accordingly?? Any help appreciated

What will I click after going in the control panel? My computer is now hard to use because I didn't know the theme was just only for Windows 7 and I use Windows Vista.. :((
